Steve Aoki - Discografia

Steve Aoki (Steve Aoki Hiroyuki, nacido el 30 de noviembre de 1977) es un DJ, músico, y productor musical estadounidense de electro house y es el fundador del sello discográfico Dim Mak Records.

Steve Aoki Hiroyuki nació en Miami y se crio en Newport Beach, California. Se graduó de la Newport Harbor High School en 1995, fue un jugador estrella en el equipo universitario de bádminton.
Aoki asistió a la Universidad de California en Santa Bárbara y se graduó con dos títulos, uno en Estudios de la Mujer y el otro en Sociología. En la universidad, él produjo sus primeras producciones y realizó conciertos underground.

Aoki fundó su propio sello, Dim Mak Records, en 1996. El sello ha lanzado música de otros artistas electro house, como MSTRKRFT, The Bloody Beetroots, y Mustard Pimp, así como por Klaxons, Scanners, Whitey y Mystery Jets. Aoki es también un promotor de clubs y DJ. Él también se ha asociado con Blake Miller, de la banda basada en Los Angeles "Moving Units" para producir remixes. El dúo de Miller y Aoki trabajo bajo el apodo de Weird Science.
